Who I Am Beyond the Lens
I am a woman deeply connected to culture, art, and the beauty of everyday life. Raised in Colombia, I carry with me the richness of my heritage—its flavors, its music, its traditions. I find joy in simple pleasures: sketching or reading at a café, running along the lakefront in Chicago, being close to nature. But what truly grounds and recharges me is spending time with my family and friends—the ones who anchor me to who I am and renew my inspiration.

Photography has fascinated me since childhood; I was always drawn to the idea that an image could hold not just a moment, but the essence of a feeling. During my university years, I trained under a mentor at her photography studio, where I witnessed weddings, the memories created, the joy shared. It was then that I realized: this is what I love to do. From the very first wedding I attended, I knew I wanted to be there for couples on one of the most meaningful days of their lives—helping them fulfill a dream and capturing the love reflected in their eyes. And yes, that also reveals that at heart, I am a romantic.

What Inspires Me
I am deeply inspired by the chemistry between couples, by authentic love, by music, art, architecture, colors, books, and films. Cultures and traditions move me profoundly, and something essential that defines me is time spent with family and friends. Those moments of closeness recharge me, nurture my creativity, and bring me back to the core of my vision.
Outside the Work
Reading or watching films allows me to escape into worlds that spark creativity. I also love traveling, especially to cities rich in classical European architecture, because—like books—they feel timeless, almost otherworldly.
What I Feel When I Work With Couples
Working with couples gives me purpose. Each love story teaches me something new: about resilience, about commitment, about the passion and charm they’ve built together. I see the challenges they’ve overcome, the ways they grow, and I am moved by how a simple glance can hold unspoken promises of care, loyalty, and devotion. On wedding days, what touches me most are the vows—those words of faith and commitment—that remind me love is not only magic but also strength and hope. That reminder gives me faith, and it is this feeling that inspires me to capture every moment with soul.
